So here i am, continuing to walk the streets of main south, and finding people that will allow me photograph them. this week i have two different people. up until now ive been taking pictures of people at work, or in their work habitat, like the firefighter, or car salesmen. but these week i just took pictures of people of normal people on the street, that i thought had interesting background or surroundings. the first pictures are of an interesting man that was just sitting on his steps. i have a close up, then a lot of pictures of him further away with his house and steps more in the picture. the second photo is of a cute woman who was sitting in her truck watching a baseball game with her dogs. i liked the way she interacted with her dogs, and she felt very comfortable in front of the camera. thats all !

I love the woman with her dogs! That is so cute :) And I see what you mean about her being comfortable in front of the camera, you can really tell. It makes the picture so much better. As for the first guy - I like it with more context in the picture so I like all the background - however, your second picture, the close up is definitely more in focus. I think your camera tends to focus in the middle of the picture and since in the first one he's not in the middle, he's not as in focus? I don't know if you have other ones that are more in focus though. But yup. Actually, I do like the close up as well. I didn't notice at first that his posture/stance was different. I can't figure out which I prefer...
ReplyDeleteps: hopefully you had a great birthday weekend!
